Hello! My approach to therapy is collaborative and strengths based. I believe everyone has potential for growth and change and it is my honor to walk on those journeys along with those seeking support. I have clinical interests in working around anxiety, personality disorders, trauma, adults with ADHD and ASD, LGBTQIA+ populations. I have advanced training and interest in DBT Skills Training, CBT, Neurological basis of behavior, Accelerated Resolution Therapy and Mindfulness. My approach to supervision is supportive and strengths based with an emphasis on developing trust in self.
