Biography

Gracie joined CAPS in August 2025 after matching to the University of Kansas for internship as the last step in completing her doctorate in clinical psychology through Kansas City University. Gracie earned a B.S. in psychology from Northwest Missouri State University (Maryville, MO) in 2021, and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Kansas City University (Kansas City, MO) in 2023. 

Gracie enjoys supporting students through various life changes and encouraging them to learn new ways to cope with the challenges of being a college student. Her clinical interests include adjustment concerns, depression, and anxiety. Gracie utilizes solution-focused therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy when working with students in order to understand how their thought processes may impact their daily living and find solutions for day-to-day concerns. 

Outside of the office, Gracie enjoys spending time outside with her partner and two dogs, Roscoe & Roxie. Rock Chalk!
