Erica Molde, LSCSW

Erica is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) and a proud KU alum, having graduated with a Master of Social Welfare degree in 2016. She joined our team at Counseling and Psychological Services in July of 2024. Prior to CAPS, she spent many years in the suicide prevention world, providing suicide and crisis intervention, facilitating related training, and assisting with the implementation of safer suicide care policies and practices across the state. 

Her clinical passions, in addition to working with people who experience chronic suicidality, include helping folks cope with and recover from the impacts of sexual trauma, grief and loss, and eating disorders. As an advocate for acceptance and belonging, she genuinely believes that we all deserve to be met with compassion, cultural humility, curiosity, and integrity.
