Erica Molde, LSCSW

Hello! I am Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) and a proud University of Kansas alum, having graduated with a Master of Social Welfare degree in 2016. I joined the Counseling and Psychological Services team in July of 2024. Prior to that, I spent most of my career in the suicide prevention world, providing suicide and crisis intervention, facilitating tons of training, and helping healthcare, behavioral healthcare, and school systems implement safer suicide care policies and practices.

My clinical passions, in addition to working with people who experience chronic suicidality, include helping folks cope with and recover from the impacts of sexual trauma, grief and loss, and eating disorders. As an advocate for equity, inclusion, and belonging, I genuinely believe that we all deserve to be met with compassion, cultural humility, curiosity, and integrity.
