Drop-In Peer Listening
HOPE@CAPS Mental Health Peer Educators are trained to provide support and resources to KU students. MHPE’s are certified in peer education through the BAACHUS Network and can provide a listening ear, tips for managing stress or goal setting, and information about resources both on and off campus available to KU students. They can bridge the connection to a CAPS therapist if the challenges you are dealing with require professional attention.
Call CAPS to get support and learn about how to connect to useful resources.
